Specialist Waterproofing Solution for Banner Homes – Case Study

Thanks to its ability to offer expert advice, reliable delivery and access to market leading products, SIG Bradford has been involved in a £multi-million project to build a new primary school on the former infant school site.

The Oasis Academy Watermead – which is currently being constructed in the Shirecliffe area of Sheffield – will eventually become a mainstream community school offering over 420 places.
The damp proofing requirements of the new building’s site called for some equally specialist solutions with regards to structural waterproofing. That’s why SIG Bradford teamed up with one of the leading experts in the field – Visqueen Building Products.

The business offers a complete product range which includes damp proof membranes, damp proof courses, tanking membranes, gas barriers and gas venting systems. It also prides itself on complementing these products with unrivalled levels of service and on site technical support.
